Terms of Service
Last updated: September 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agntify ("Service") is a product of Aramega, operated by ARAMEGA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, Building 1, Chill Out Services Complex, Cairo, Egypt ("Aramega", "we", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ARAMEGA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree for that organization. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Agntify lets businesses create, deploy, and manage AI support agents for their customers. Agents can answer on an embeddable website chat widget, and on WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram accounts that the business connects. The Service includes tools for document training, prompt management, and analytics.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading
5. WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram
If you connect a WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram account to the Service, you agree that:
- You own the account or are authorized by its owner to connect it
- You will comply with Meta's Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy, the Messenger Platform policies, the Instagram Platform policies, and Meta's Community Standards
- You have obtained any consent or opt-in the law or Meta's policies require before messaging people, and you will respect requests to stop
- Your agents will provide support for your own business's products and services, and will not be offered as a general-purpose AI assistant
- You will give people a clear way to reach a human at your business when the agent cannot help, and will tell them they are talking to an automated agent where the law or platform policy requires it
- You are responsible for any fees Meta charges to your WhatsApp Business account
Meta provides these channels, not us. Their availability depends on Meta, and Meta may restrict or suspend your accounts under its own policies. We may pause or disconnect a channel if we need to in order to comply with Meta's requirements or the law, or if your use puts the Service or other customers at risk.
6. Your Content and Your End Users
You keep ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Content only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to upload and use Your Content.
You control the personal information of people who chat with your agents ("End Users"), and we process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for giving End Users any privacy notices the law requires and for having a lawful basis to process their information. You must pass on or answer End Users' data requests, and we will help where we can.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for configuring your agents appropriately and for reviewing their answers before relying on them.
8. Payment and Billing
Paid features require a valid payment method. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Fees charged by third parties, such as Meta for WhatsApp conversations, are separate and paid by you to that third party.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aramega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or Meta's policies. When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops immediately, your connected channels are disconnected, and we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
